I have just joined the ranks of Sustainable Fitness as a Boot Camp Instructor and couldn't be happier.

I will be assisting Commander Colin this September for a couple of weeks at Fraser's Grove Park, followed by my first official assignment as Boot Camp Instructor for Sustainable Fitness.
