When I was new to the whole gym experience and first began working out, I was surprised to discover that by expending a ton of energy in the gym, I was left with more energy afterwards than when I started my workout. I became intrigued with the concepts behind exercise, and thought to use that information to better myself, so I entered the faculty of kinesiology at the University of Winnipeg.
Over the last few years, I've had the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of athletes such as pro soccer players, NFL coaches, experienced trainers and even a bodybuilding champion. These collective experiences allowed me to develop a broad base of knowledge to help move a participant towards any fitness goal whether it be weight loss, muscle gain or helping joint function.
I enjoy hearing people say what a huge difference they've experienced through boot camp; especially considering the fact that they only attend camp three hours a week for four weeks! The differences they experience range from the feeling of accomplishment when the tape measure tells them the physical difference, to the way they feel physically and emotionally, such as elevated energy and self esteem.
I challenge you to participate in a four week round of boot camp; you won’t be sorry you did!
