Who should join Boot Camp?  Our four week Boot Camp programs are available in two popular formats. For women only, we offer our highly effective "Mission Possible Boot Camp" designed to help drop inches and tone muscle. So that the men don't feel left out, we offer a co-ed fitness camp that features the latest fitness craze to hit the province (TRX Co-ed Boot Camp). TRX Boot Camp delivers a cutting edge fitness program that has no equal in the fitness industry and delivers results quickly as it utilizes metabolic fitness training through the use of TRX Suspension Training and cardio drills. Whether you choose "Mission Possible Boot Camp for Women", "Co-ed eXtreme Boot Camp" or "TRX Co-ed Boot Camp", all programs are designed for healthy people of all ages and fitness levels. These programs are designed and delivered to test your mettle in a fun and challenging group atmosphere. Our professional Boot Camp Instructors will provide modifications to any exercise for those who need to be careful of injuries or for those who need an even tougher challenge. Please inform your trainer of any and all limitations or injuries prior to starting a class

What do you do in boot camp? Each class and camp is different in its design, trainer expertise and implementation. Classes consist of cardiovascular exercises and muscle strengthening exercises. These may include TRX Suspension Systems, running, medicine ball work, jumping jacks, manmakers, mountain climbers, push-ups, burpees, abdominal crunches, squats and lunges.  Modifactions are provided to suit as required and when feasible to do so in a group enviornment.

What do I need to bring to boot camp?  Bring a sticky exercise mat (Yoga mat), a large bottle of water, workout clothes, cross training running shoes and small towel.  if exercising outdoors, dress appropriately for the weather, and consider brining bug spray and a change of clothes in case you get wet.

What is your cancellation policy?  Sustainable Fitness will provide a full refund of monies paid when requested 4 days prior to the start date of the program. Refunds requested within 4 days of the start of the fitness program will be charged a $50.00 service fee. Once the program has commenced, no refund of monies will be issued; however a credit note will be documented for future use, subject to a $50.00 service fee. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes without a doctor's note. Refunds applied to credit cards may take up to 10  business days for processing.

Where are your locations?We have many locations within Winnipeg.  Classes are posted one month at a time and found on our registration page, where you can pay online by VISA or Mastercard.

What is Mission Possible Boot Camp: This camp is for women only bub (no men allowed). we use a large variety of fitness drills that work wonders to toning muscle and dropping inches - FAST! Remember that this is Boot Camp, so it is a tough edged fitness class; however we do our best to ensure that you are working at your own level, yet challenged hard always do better.

How are Boot Camps structured?  Boot Camp programs consist of one hour classes, three times a week for four weeks unless otherwise posted.

I know I can't attend all 12 classes in four weeks, so now what? You know that you cannot attend all 12 Boot Camp classes within a four week round (say 10 class or less), please consider purchasing a 20 Class Boot Camp Pass, as there is a liberal 60 days expiry date with the 10 class pass and a 90 days expiry date on the 20 class pass (calculated from date of purchase).  This versitile pass can be used at any Sustainable Fitness Boot Camp operating within Winnipeg and area if not posted on this website as FULL/UNAVAILABLE.  Click here to view the Terms and conditions of use for this card and how to purchase one.

How do I sign up without a credit card?If you do not have a credit card to use for payment during the online registration, you will need to call us at (204) 661-3227 or email info@sustainablefitness.com to arrange a time to meet and complete your registration.

How do I make up a class?  Sustainable Fitness does not provide refunds for classes not taken. It is our intention to provide make up days wherever possible, within the same 4 week round. Make up days may not be transferred to another recruit. To request a make up day, please contact our office via phone (204) 661-3227or email. Note: We are not obliged to make special arrangements to provide make up days outside of our program.

What if I have an existing injury?t really depends on the nature, severity, and phase of injury. All participants are required to complete a PAR-Q medical form prior to participating in camp. Participants answering YES to any of the PAR-Q form questions will need to have a doctor complete a more in depth PARMED-X. If you have any questions regarding your medical and physical condition, please contact our office.

If relocation is not an option we will provide a refund or transfer your order to the next session at your request. Please make sure your contact information is up to date so we can contact you if your session is cancelled.
