Nothing new.......just the truth

If only there was a magic pill to help one drop inches in record time. If not a pill, perhaps some type of late night infomercial gizzmo like a muffin top remover, arm waddle reducer, gut busting vibrator. Argh, something must be out there somewhere to help a person in need of spot reducing body fat!

Alas; there is no magic wand available, even though one can find fat blasting products that promise miracles, most of us already have a closet full of thigh busting fitness props and fat burning pills hidden in the deep recesses of our homes in embarrassment. So rather than pulling out your credit card again, take a minute to read my "Ten Commandments" for fat loss and muscle gain, as applying these simple principles consistently is  the only way to safely and effectively get fit, stay fit and live fit. Yes, I know, you've heard it all before; "eat six small meals a day, resistance train and exercise your cardiovascular system with intensity five to six times a week to get Grand Beach Body Ready for summer". Okay, I know, I know, this sounds too simple to be true, but have you actually ever followed these basic principles consistently for more than 12 weeks? If so, you are now nodding your head up and down with acknowledgment, as you know they work.
