Sustainable Fitness Trainer Tips

   As trainers with Sustainable Fitness we talk a lot to our clients about the importance of exercise and healthy eating. Even though the general population knows exercise is beneficial, only a small percentage workout. We are always ready to answer questions and help you learn how to take care of your body, as it happens to be the only one you have.

Excuse #1: "I have no motivation to workout."

Trainers Tip: Joining a group fitness class or boot camp program, introduces you to other like-minded people and encourages you to work harder and more frequently than you would on your own. Commit to a program, like boot camp or personal training, so you have someone other than yourself to answer to. Do not wait until your doctor diagnoses you with an illness due to lack of activity, start now and be a great healthy role model to your loved ones.
