New Boot Camp Location in North River Heights
First Camp Starts Jan 7th, 2008

We will now be conducting our popular Sustainable Fitness Boot Camps for Women indoors at St. Andrews River Heights United Church, located at the corner of Oak Street between Kingsway and Academy. We have posted registration on our website for our first camp which starts January 7th. It is our intentio to conduct boot camps at this location until we move outdoors in the spring.

I am pleased to announce Kristen Braid (BESS, PFLC) as our trainer of choice for this new location. Kristen is an excellent instructor, and will ensure that your experience at Boot Camp is one to remember. If you live in the area and want a kick-butt program that fast-tracks fat loss and tones muscle at the same time, then Kristen is your woman. She is absolutely one of the best I have seen in action, and offers an experience second to none!
