Allan's Tip: As President of Sustainable Fitness, my response is; there is always a fitness solution to meet your budget. It’s hard to replace the tremendous benefit of regular personal training sessions; however an excellent option, at a fraction the cost, is “Buddy Training”. This fun and highly effective fitness training requires that you to workout with up to three of your friends at the same time with a personal trainer as your director. You won’t receive all of the services normally provided through personal training, but you will have a personal trainer coaching and guiding you towards your goals. Buddy Training is a results-driven workout that’s energetic, fun and affordable (between $20 and $30 per session). Buddy Training through Sustainable Fitness is offered at our Training Centre in St. James, my private home fitness studio in East Kildonan as well as a new location in Selkirk MB at Selkirk Community Church.
