Sustainable Fitness is the largest boot camp provider in Winnipeg, with many convenient locations within the City as well as one in Brandon. Boot Camps are a fun and effective way to reach your fitness goals, as well as a great way to meet new freinds. Each round of Boot Camp runs for four weeks, and camps are conducted three days a week with each session providing up to 60 minutes of sweat filled fun.
